WARRANTY ITEMS
Battery : 6 months
Within six months from the date of signing, provide videos or photos to prove that the damage is not caused by human factors, and it can be repaired for free (water inflow is not included in the warranty); No maintenance will be undertaken after half a year. If a new battery is required, the buyer shall bear the battery cost + logistics cost
Charger : 6 months
Within six months from the date of signing, provide videos or photos to prove that it is not artificially damaged, and you can replace it free of charge. The buyer will bear the cost of accessories + logistics fees beyond the time limit
Electric machinery : 12 months
Provide videos or photos to prove that the damage is not caused by human factors within 12 months from the date of signing, and you can replace it free of charge; The buyer shall bear the motor cost + logistics cost after the time
Meter/controller : 12 months
Provide videos or photos within one month from the date of signing to prove that it is not artificially damaged, and it can be replaced once for free; The buyer shall bear the cost of accessories + logistics fee after the time limit
Booster/switch/Accelerating handle/The headlamps/Taillight/Seat bag/Oil brake/Brake handle : 1 month
Provide videos or photos within one month from the date of signing to prove that it is not artificially damaged, and it can be replaced once for free; The buyer shall bear the cost of accessories + logistics fee after the time limit
Front fork/Frame : 12 months
Within 12 months from the date of signing, provide videos or photos to prove that it is not artificially damaged, such as self cracking, desoldering and fracture, which can be replaced for free; The buyer shall bear the cost of accessories + logistics fee after the time limit
tyre/Mobile phone bracket/Tailstock/Fender/Basket… : 7 days
Please check whether these accessories are damaged due to transportation within seven days after signing, and provide video cargo photos within seven days to replace them for free. Overdue cannot be replaced free of charge

TIPS
1. During the warranty period, we will bear the cost of accessories and logistics, and buyer will bear the cost of accessories and logistics beyond the warranty period.The standard mode of transport is used by default, and if the buyer wants to upgrade the faster mode of transport, he or she will have to pay extra freight.
2. All fault problems require the buyer to provide problem pictures / problem videos / chat records, and we are responsible for providing solutions and after-sales accessories. If maintenance costs are incurred, the buyer is required to provide a maintenance bill. The maximum limit of the manufacturer to pay is $50, and the extra costs are borne by the buyer.
3. For scooters/unicycles/bicycles that need after-sales service, you must provide the barcode of the body, the shipping mark, the picture of the transportation order number, and the screenshot of the chat record, which shall be subject to the signing date displayed on the logistics website.
4. For compensation for damage caused by transportation, photos or videos, transportation order number and barcode of the car shall be provided within one week. The accessories and amount of compensation shall be subject to our company
5. When the customer signs for it, please check the accessories clearly. If any abnormality is found, take pictures in time. If any missing object is found, the customer needs to write a loss statement and sign it.
6. If the evidence provided by the customer has problems and deliberately deceives, we are not responsible, but just helps to solve them.
7. Our store does not support returns or exchanges without a valid reason.
